Strength training and plyometrics are important for developing speed, muscle endurance and preventing injuries. Athletes in the Tampa Bay area can schedule one hour or half hour sessions to supplement their current training program.

Strength Training

Strength training is an important part of any running program. It helps prevent injuries by strengthening weak joints and muscles and correcting muscle imbalances. It also increases muscle endurance which helps minimize fatigue in the upper body, allowing you to run stronger longer.

Plyometrics

Plyometric exercises develop lower-body strength, speed and power while performing running-specific exercices such as hopping, skipping, bounding, and jumping. Plyometrics helps improve speed of muscle contraction and develops overall quickness.

Personal Training - $40 for 1 hour or $25 for 1/2 hour.
